We would like to remind you that employers who used staff leasing employees in the year 2023 are obliged to communicate by 31 January 2024 to the company trade union representatives (RSA) or to the unitary trade union representation (RSU) or, in the absence of the aforementioned Trade Union Representatives to the trade union associations that are comparatively more representative at national level the following data:

  • the number of staff leasing contracts concluded
  • the duration of the staff leasing contracts concluded
  • the number and qualification of the workers used.
